Summer Violet Frame Tutorial

Needed: Paint Shop Pro , I did this with Paint Shop Pro9 but

you should be able to use Paint Shop Pro7 as well. I claim no rights to the mask/images on this graphic. The supplies include the actual tube name. Feel free to use them and save them to your files. I claim no ownership of them. Graphic supplies needed are supplied in the zip file.

Step 1: Let's begin 700x550 pixel image, flood fill with color #a8cfde, new raster layer and flood fill with color #c04bed



Step 2: Layers, load mask, find mask H@nne_bg41 source luminance checked, fit to layer, hide all mask. click load. go to layers, merge, merge group.

 


Step 3: then go to effects, edge effects and enhance more. Layers, merge visible. new raster layer, Now right click to copy, go back to the original image,

 

Step 4: click selection box, rectangle, add Mode 0 feather anti alias unchecked. click on image and draw a rectangle.



 

Step 5: Now go to selections, modify, select selection border. inside checked, border width 5 anti alias checked. flood fill with color #c04bed, go to effects, inner bevel #2 shape, color white, 25width 16smooth 19depth 19ambience 315angle 45intensity 30elevation click ok. deselect

 


Step 6: find your magic wand, add mode, RBG value mode 25 tolorance, contigous checked 0 feather, click inside the frame you just made. paste into selection what you copied from 1st image. image mirror, image flip. Effects, edge effects, enhance. deselect.

 


Step 7: layers, duplicate, image flip, move into place. open basket of violets image and copy and paste as new image. move to right side of the frames, you may need to resize image. once in place, go to adjust sharpness-sharpen more. open single violet tube. copy and paste as new image and place 1 in each frame on top of the swirl.



Step 8: To finalize this, go to image, add border 5x, flood fill with color #c04bed add same inner bevel, deselect. add your watermark. You can use any tube you like to make it your own.
