Needed: Paint Shop Pro , I did this with Paint Shop Pro9 but you should be able to use any Paint Shop Pro versions as well. Unzip this file into your plugins folder then open PSP. Supplies here, Lilly.zip Step 1: Here we go, open image, copy and paste image, close original. pick 2 colors from the image, add 15x border select border with your wand. flood fill with the foreground. go to effect, texture effects, blinds settings, 10 width, 30 opacity, color white check light from left/top, click ok, Step 2: add 5x border select border, flood fill with the background color. image, effect, 3d select inner bevel. using same settings. Step 3: add 25x border select border, flood fill with foreground color. effect, texture effects, blinds settings, 10 width, 30 opacity, color white both boxes checked click ok image, effect, 3d select inner bevel. using same settings. Step 4: image add 20x border, select border with wand, flood fill with background color go to effect, plugins, neology, using polar waves using these settings: 5-178-16-6 click ok Step 5: image, effect, 3D effect, select inner bevel. using same settings. Step 6: image resize 80% add your watermark and that's it. Step 7: Feel free to use your own tubes if you like. Image enclosed is not mines. I was given permission from my brother's friend to use it. Background was acquired thru search engines.
